How to get your Fitness Sci-Tec weight loss programme
1. Choose a programme
I offer a range of fitness and weight control programmes that can help you achieve your goals, including online personal training. You are more than welcome to get in touch with me to talk through your goals.
2. Questionnaire
Once you decide what programme you want to do, I will give you a questionnaire that will give me a better understanding of your diet, body, and lifestyle habits.
3. I’ll start your personalised weight loss programme
Based on the answers you give me to the health and fitness questions, I will create a fitness and food plan customised to your needs. It will align with your weight loss goals and account for your age, body shape, and past injuries.
4. Consultation
Once I have made a weight loss program for you, we can talk it through via phone or online. Your feedback and questions are essential; together we will make sure your programme sounds like something that will work for you.
5. Day one
Step five is really step one. From here, we will get started on implementing your personalised programme to help you lose weight. I will be available anytime via text or phone on a toll-free support line on top of our consultations every week to help keep you on track to getting the results you want.

The progress tracking tools I use are far better and more advanced than your standard bathroom scale, thereby giving you better means of measuring your body composition and your progress. These include:
- Estimated body composition (fat-free/fat mass, current vs. desired body fat percentage, and waist to hip ratio)
