Body transformation North Shore

Wherever you are based, the online personal training services that I offer will give you the support you need on your health and fitness journey. By paying just $16 a week, you can get the ultimate support package to get your body to a point you can be proud of and build habits to help you keep it that way. That is why I recommend sticking to it for a minimum of 12 weeks if you want to see results that will last. However, I won’t lock you into a contract or make you pay a sign-up fee.

When you sign up for the Fitness Sci-Tec one-on-one personal training package, I will assign you a questionnaire to determine what your unique health and fitness goals are. Then, I will create a training and diet programme tailored to your needs, so you get:

FREE heart-rate monitor

With a heart-rate monitor, you can measure how many calories you burn and skip the guesswork and speculation. You can use this to help measure what percent body fat you are burning throughout your training. When you sign up for my training programme, I will send you one for free wherever you are in New Zealand.

Premium progress tracking tools

The tools I use are far better and more advanced than your standard bathroom scale, thereby giving you better means of measuring your body composition and your progress. These include:

  • Estimated body composition (fat-free/fat mass, current vs. desired body fat percentage, and waist to hip ratio)
  • Full body girth measurements
  • Estimated 1RM testing
  • Estimated metabolic rate
  • And more!

Customised exercise and training programme

I will create a realistic exercise programme tailored to your capabilities. There is no way that I will throw you into something cardio intensive if you aren’t used to it! Thanks to what I learn from your questionnaire answers, I will work out what steps we can take to push your training without prescribing you some impossible tasks. Small steps that build up each week are key to getting where you want to be.

Customised meal and diet plan

Taking into account your needs, budget, time constraints, and taste buds, I will create a meal and diet plan for every day of the week that suits you.

Do you feel too busy to eat well? I’ll help you pre-cook healthy work lunches and dinners that will ultimately save you time and money. Are you living with a low income and struggling to get a diverse diet? I can help you get the nutrients you need on a budget without compromising on flavour factor!

I am also more than willing to help with any dietary restrictions you may have.

Customised shopping list

Our budgets have a massive impact on what we eat, but it doesn’t mean we can’t eat a healthy diet. If you’re on a tight budget, I will point you to where you can get more affordable solutions. That might mean swapping out some meat for canned beans or fresh vegetables for something from the frozen section. We will make it work, and we will make it taste good!

When you sign up with my training and diet programme, you can use Fitness Sci-Tec as your readily accessible information source that filters out the misinformation and holds onto the best educational tools and resources. My goal is to give you everything you need to empower you to reach your goals while getting rid of anything that is holding you back.

Daily calorie target monitoring

Using my calorie calculator and the heart-rate monitor you receive, you can stay 100% on track with how many calories you need to consume and burn each day to achieve the transformation you want to see.

Weekly follow up phone/zoom call

The best way to empower you into developing habits that work for you is to give you the appropriate tools and resources – along with regular, consistent support. We will catch up every week to see how your progress is going and adapt your training schedule to make the journey as enjoyable for you as possible.

I will make sure you have the best information out there to help you safely and effectively learn new exercise techniques throughout your training.

Progressive program design

Because of our weekly follow-ups, the way I design your programme will constantly change depending on your needs. The way your training plan phase continues to adapt with you will enhance your transformation.

Basic education tools and resources

Whatever you have been previously told men health and women health is all about, it is worth taking with a grain of salt if it doesn’t have a reliable source. Unfortunately, a lot of the most accessible information out there about how to get fit is created to swindle us into spending more money and struggling more than we need to.

Because I have a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sports and Exercise Science and a Certificate of Proficiency in Pacific Nutrition, I know how to access sources that provide reliable information about how our bodies work and how what we eat and how we move can impact our health. My philosophy is: the better you know your body, the better you can use that knowledge to improve your training outcomes.

Full health and fitness action plan

So many of the body transformations that you will come across will only prescribe you an exercise plan and send you on your way. With Fitness Sci-Tec, you will get an exercise plan that constantly adapts to your capacities, along with meal plans and resources that improve your knowledge and your diet. From the outset, we will look at the most sustainable way to get you to your fitness goals.

I target your calorie intake and expenditure over the 12 to 18 weeks

Calorie counting throughout your transformation can be stressful if you’re not used to it, so I take the pressure off you and do it for you.

Estimated fat burn per day/week

Whether you are aiming for weight loss or muscle gain, the amount of fat you burn on a regular basis is an important part of any body training and transformation journey. I will work out how much fat you are burning so you can see for yourself the change you are creating.

Other weight, health, and fitness tracking tools

The best way to stay motivated is by seeing where you came from. Based on your goals, we will:

  • Record your body girth measurement
  • Take progress photos
  • Record your weight and body fat percentage
  • Measure how your strength and endurance tests transform over the weeks
